Outdoor varieties are generally smaller than greenhouse ones, and the prominent surface bloom is usually missing. Outdoor varieties are often grown for wine making as there is usually enough sunshine to develop sweet and juicy flesh.

However, there are several dessert varieties which can be used as table grapes for eating fresh. In either case, the red, white, and concord varieties will satisfy many demands.

Each processed lot is guaranteed to be manufactured in accordance with USDA, FDA and international regulatory requirements. Each lot is tested and will meet our written specifications.

Puree concentrates and juice concentrates can be manufactured to a different Brix if specified in advance by customer.
